OfficeSupplyStop.com's Return Policy
Returning a product to OfficeSupplyStop.com is very simple. First make sure you have all your information in front of you (order number, invoice), then email our returns department at mail@OfficeSupplyStop.com. Let us know that you wish to return a product that you received. Our returns department will then email you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, and will explain how to send the product back to us. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and must be sent back in original packaging. The merchandise must be unopened, in resaleable condition, and received within 60 days of your order date. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit and original shipping charges are non-refundable. RMA Numbers are valid for a period of 15 days from date of issue. Products not received by the Return Center within 15 days may become ineligible for credit.
Returning defective merchandise
Every item we sell comes with our Guarantee Against Defects. If a product is defective in any way, please email us at mail@OfficeSupplyStop.com to verify the defect. Upon verification, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that will be valid for 15 days, along with instructions on how to return the merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are refundable for defective products only.
Returning merchandise shipped in error by OfficeSupplyStop.com
If we have shipped the wrong merchandise in error, please email us at mail@OfficeSupplyStop.com to verify the error. Upon verification, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that will be valid for 15 days, along with instructions on how to return the merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are refundable for products shipped in error.
