Ordering
1.  Can I fax my order?  Yes.  You can complete our fax order form (click here) and then fax it to us at:  1-877-654-7231
2.  Can I email my order?  Yes, but it is much more secure to just order directly from our website.  Our site allows secure transmission of your personal information and credit card data. 
3.  Can I call my order in?  Yes.  You may call 1-888-566-1731 and leave a message.  A customer service representative will contact you directly.
 
 
Purchase Orders
1.  Does OfficeSupplyStop.com accept Purchase Orders as a method of payment?    Yes
2.  What is the process for paying for an order using a Purchase Order?
a.  Place your order through the OfficeSupplyStop.com website
b.  Select "Purchase Order" as your method of payment
c.  Fax your Purchase Order documentation to:  1-877-654-7231
d.  We will review your Purchase Order and contact you if we have any questions.
3.  What are the terms?   30 days net
 
Shipping
1.  How long does it take to ship an order?  For in stock items, our orders are shipped out the next business day.
2.  How are they shipped?  Our primary carrier is DHL.
3.  If something is on backorder, will I be notified?  Yes, for delays of more than a day or two, we will send you an email asking for instructions on how to proceed.
4.  Will you ship to a P.O. Box?  No, we need a full address.
5.  Will you ship to an APO address?  Typically no.  In rare occasions, we will make special arrangements.
6.  Can I be billed at one address and have my merchandise shipped to another?  Yes.  You will need to enter the same address for billing and shipping, but you may make a request in the "Comments" section to have your merchandise shipped to another address.

1.  What do I do if I have forgotten my password?  When placing an order, there is a sentence that reads "Forgot your password?"  Click on it and we will send your password to your email address.
